These can be trimmed to fit just order the largest size shoe you take, to try these out without a consultation (ideal for those who just need additional pairs to what they already have had prescribed) just order on the below.

If not used these before do order the 3 degree correction (the best starting point initially)

only if you have tried the 3 degree and feel you want more effect move up to the 5 degree

If in the rare case that your Podiatrist has advised you need this then consider moving up to the 10 degree
(please be patient as these do take longer to dispatch as they are not a standard stock item).
