In the Visitors Centre (glass fronted building) we met our guides.
A guided tour of hangers 2/3 (Research and War in the Air) and the National Cold War Exhibition was arranged for an 18.00 start.
Two knowledgeable guides were on hand taking our group around.
The Royal Air Force Museum has 75 aircraft on display in 3 wartime hangers and in the National Cold War Exhibition. Car parking was free of charge.
The cost was £10.00 each and included a Souvenir Guide Book
