Some more dressed for a country walk than others, for a one hour 2 ½ miles walk over pastures, lanes and fields over relatively flat ground.

To burn off circa 384 calories, none were lost due to Bobs expert sheperding care (although he had the most unusual sheep dog, it looked more like the blach cousin of TinTin's dog Snowy). We were accompanied by guests, neighbours, and prospectives alike.

Our trip passed Field House, the Woodman pub (now French Hen), Lower Clent, a too friendly horse, some sheep, over Gallows Brook, over a stile or two. We saw the real Badgers Set close to Hagley Hall. We met the odd ex-Tabler (no names but he is the club secretary) after 8pm in the Lyttleton Arms for a drink.

Our great thanks to the excellent organiser and guide Bob Whiston who even thoughtfully supplied us beforehand with bottles of the hard stuff for those that wanted.
